MLS GO Youth INDOOR SOCCER Leagues - Program Overview:
We are proud to be the Only Sports Academy in the area to Offer MLS Go Youth League in partnership with the MLS and San Jose Quakes! WE ARE A RECREATIONAL LEAGUE that includes ALL PLAYERS. We are an affordable, NO CUT, NO TRAVEL league. If you have 2 hours available on the weekends and want to play in a fun, recreational, and developmental environment, WELCOME TO MLS GO!
The MLS Go Soccer program is offered to all participants from ages 4 through 14 years old.

GAME WILL BE ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS starting in SEPTEMBER
1. MLS GO Soccer Season: The MLS Go Soccer Season operates from September through November.
2. Age Based Organization: Gratitude Sports Academy is a age-based organization, players play in their designated age group. We do allow paritcipants to 'play up' upon request and evaluation, but we do not allow participants to 'play down'.
3. Practice/Game Schedule: All practices and games are on the SAME DAY - This means just a 2-hour time commit per week for our parents and families. Practice takes place one-hour prior to a participant's scheduled game time.
4. Game Play: MLS GO Soocer Leagues are broken down into the following Format:
4u/5u Coed - 3v3 - No Goal Keeper
6u/7u Coed - 3v3 - No Goal Keeper
8u/9u Coed - 4v4 - No Goal Keeper
10u/11u Coed - 4v4 - No Goal Keeper
5. Adult/Mentor Coaches: All teams are assigned and adult Head Coach and one asisstant/mentor coach. This allows for adult supervision of all teams and allows the mentor coach (usually a high school stundet) to mentor under an adult.
5. MLS Official Uniforms: As the only MLS santioned program in the area, our players receive a high quality MLS uniform! All players will be fitted for their unirform during evaluations. Uniforms will be distrbuted during MLS GO Fest!

The GSA MLS Go Soccer program goal is to teach the fundamentals, principles, and techniques of soccer in a safe and encouraging environment.
Both male and female athletes are ALWAYS welcome in our programs!
We strive to keep the commitment to a miminum for parents. We are parents as well and know all too well the busy schedules with education, other sports, and familiy activites. Pracitces and Games will ALWAYS be on the same day with practices one hour prior to game start time. Any practices scheduled outside of this time by coaches is not encuraged and is not mandatory for any participant.
MLS GO - GRANT PROGRAM
Major League Soccer and Gratitude Sports Academy's MLS GO, want to make sure as many kids as possible have the opportunity to play soccer. MLS GO, Major League Soccer’s recreational youth soccer program, is designed to be a fun and inclusive pathway for all kids to learn fundamental soccer skills and develop a lasting love for the game - no matter their financial circumstance. With that in mind, we've partnered with MLS and the RCX Sports Foundation to give families the opportunity to apply for grants that would help cover registration fees.
